Caltrans work continues

By Tami Jo Nix
For the third week, road and ramp closures will take place for repairs on a third of a mile of freeway where state routes 99 and 41 meet in Fresno, according to State of California Department of Transportation.
The work will be done from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday, weather permitting. Signs will advise drivers of the upcoming ramp closures.
The work is a bridge expansion and repair of SR 41. Part of the project will include full ramp closures on both north and southbound SR 41 to north and southbound SR 99.
Caltrans asks that drivers use alternate routes if possible and to exercise care and obey all signs while traveling through the construction zone.
