Hungry hair: I believe my scalp, and readers too, will let me know if I ever wish to change my somewhat tarnished image and stop by to get a haircut from the wonderful barber Larry Camarena.

What was Mountain Vista High School principal John Denno doing running down the road late last week? Practicing for the Summer Olympics' 800 meters? Needed the exercise after sitting at his desk too long? Just a gentle jog on a beautiful day that turned into a wind sprint?
