Come celebrate Madera High School's senior boys soccer players at their last home game against Clovis West on Friday at Memorial Stadium. The event begins at 5 p.m.

Academic Decathlon

Madera High would like to wish its Coyote Academic Decathlon participants good luck during their competition at Madera South on Saturday. This year's team members are Manjyot Samran, Kiran Fayyaz, Andrea Cavazos, Audrey Cavazos, Azka Fayyaz, Kiran Fayyaz, Michelle Silva, Momna Khalil, Navjot Kaur, Tayyaba Khalil and Jael Madrigal.

Calling all Coyote recruits

Incoming 8th grade parents are invited to attend an informational meeting Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. in the Madera High cafeteria to discuss the fundamentals of Coyote life. Parents will be able to get information about the career schools offered at MHS and be able to speak to the vice principals of each school.

Representatives from Madera High travel to Thomas Jefferson Middle School, Howard, Dixieland and La Vina schools and speak with 8th graders on Feb. 10 to showcase Madera High and explain the essentials of becoming Coyote blue and white.
